- ORDER PROCESSING -
*Awaiting Fulfilment means your order has been successfully placed is is waiting to be sent out to you.
Customers will be provided with tracking numbers once orders are shipped out. Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is in the care of the courier. In the rare case that your parcel goes missing whilst it is with the courier, Kameli Boutique takes no responsibility. If this does happen to you, please contact Australia Post / DHL.
During sale periods, please allow additional time to receive your order. Shipping times are provided by our couriers and can vary depending on shipping location and other external factors.
- CANCELLATION -
If your order has already processed, we are unable to cancel the order or make any changes as our warehouse team will have already started processing your order and it can take up to 2 business days for our customer service team to respond to your email.
Orders may be cancelled at any time due to an inability to authorise a payment, insufficient stock, suspicion of fraudulent intent or any other reason deemed appropriate by Kameli Boutique. In addition, Kameli Boutique reserves the right to decline or cancel any such orders.
- POSTAL DELAYS -
We are unable to cancel/ refund your orders for any postal delays. The timeframes we provided are not guaranteed as there may be a possible delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

- FAULTY ITEMS -
If you have received the incorrect garment or faulty garments, please email us at customerservice@kameliboutique.com with the digital pictures of the fault within 48 hours of receiving your garment/s. Please note, if you email us outside of this timeframe, we can't help you with your order. Once your email has been received and assessed, we will be able to provide you with information on how to return the item. The customer must return the incorrect / faulty garment within 7 business days using the label provided. If the garment is returned outside of this timeframe, we can’t assist with your order.
- FINAL SALE ITEMS -
